Dr. Abby Shultz, Dr. Abhishek Sripad, and Dr. Liz Stanley have been selected to join the Leadership in Academic Medicine Program (LAMP), a key initiative offered through the Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development at the UNC School of Medicine.
They are among 20 outstanding junior faculty chosen by the Office of Faculty Affairs and Leadership Development for this competitive program, recognized for their inspiring career goals.
The Leadership in Academic Medicine Program (LAMP) has been designed to assist junior faculty at UNC within their first 3 years to build a sense of community, purpose, direction, and confidence so they may thrive in their career. LAMP will address the fundamentals of career planning and professional development while creating networking that will contribute to faculty success.
