Paul A. Godley Health Equity Symposium
The UNC School of Medicine Dean’s Office, the UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, and the UNC Center for Health Equity Research are pleased to invite you to the Paul A. Godley Health Equity Symposium. We will take this time to honor the life and legacy of Paul A. Godley, MD, PhD, MPP, Rush S. Dickson Distinguished Professor of Hematology/Oncology and the inaugural Vice Dean for Diversity and Inclusion at UNC SOM. We have scheduled a full day of presentations and panels on a variety of topics including our diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts, community partnerships, and updates from ACCLAIM graduates and Dr. Godley’s collaborators. Additionally, Otis Brawley, MD, Bloomberg Distinguished Professor of Oncology and Epidemiology at Johns Hopkins University will join us for a keynote address.

The event begins at 9:30 in Bondurant G100 and concludes with the keynote at 4 pm in the Kirkland Auditorium at the Adams School of Dentistry. A reception will follow that session.
