My lab studies the impact of epigenetics and chromatin on cancer development and treatment. While our primary areas of interest are in sarcomas of children and young adults, lab projects span a range of pediatric and adult cancers. We also have interests in therapeutic discovery and immunooncology. Methods in the lab range from molecular biological to whole genome high throughput sequencing based and proteomic.
