PUBLICATIONS:

I am working with Joe Muenzer MD, Division of Pediatric Genetics and Metabolic Disease, on seven ongoing Hunter patient trials involving both gene transfer and medical therapies. I am also leading the pediatric echo lab participation in multicenter clinical trials with pediatric hematology/oncology, pediatric nephrology, neurology and neonatology. I am the pediatric cardiology representative in the BD-STEPS II Core at North Carolina Center for Birth Defects Research and Prevention. I am currently working on research with the CDC National Center on Birth Defects and Developmental Disabilities Office-DD-18-001: Lead Investigator- Andrew Olshan, MD: Project Title: Birth Defects Study to Evaluate Pregnancy Exposures (BD-STEPS) II.
