I study how the intestinal epithelium regulates stem cell activity with a focus on cell cycle and metabolic regulation. Models include primary human and mouse 2D monolayers and 3D organoids in vitro and mouse in vivo genetic models. I also have extensive experience in stem cells and injury response in the muringe gastric epithelium.
