Dr. McGinty serves as lead radiologist for UNC’s multidisciplinary hepajobiliary conferences. She is also medical director of the Radiology Clinical Research Core Service Center and director of UNC Global Radiology. Her areas of clinical and research expertise include:
– Global radiology: Capacity building, education and clinical research
– Hepatobiliary: Imaging and investigation of hepatocellular carcinoma and cirrhosis
– Tumor response: Imaging and investigation of tumor response to novel therapeutic agents
