My career as a speech-language pathologist has concentrated on working with children of various ages who are deaf or hard of hearing to gain access to spoken language through listening. As the Speech Clinic Manager with UNC’s Cochlear Implant Team, I have helped children throughout the state of NC with therapy goals and recommendations to become spoken language users. I have also provided training to professionals and graduate students throughout the United States, Vietnam, and Ecuador on Listening and Spoken Language therapy and techniques.
