I am a cardiovascular radiologist concentrating on the application of fine art principles to clinical imaging. My specific interests include sculpture, simulation, structured light, image post processing (e.g. segmentation, pseudocolor transfer functions), signal processing (e.g. interpolation, noise reduction, noise characterization), and clinical application deep learning derived algorithms. I also have research experience and expertise in a few other areas such as central venous access, vascular calcification, and computed tomographic angiography protocoling, and CT imaging for soil science.
