My laboratory investigates cell signaling networks—particularly protein post-translational modifications and protein–protein interactions—to identify novel drug targets and develop innovative therapeutics. Our research primarily centers on mechanisms regulating protein stability (e.g., deubiquitination pathways) and innate immune signaling (e.g., cGAS–STING) in cancer contexts. We employ mammalian cell culture and animal models and have strong expertise in biochemistry, cell biology, and in vivo functional assays. We welcome collaborative studies spanning cancer, inflammatory diseases, neurological disorders, and aging-related conditions.
