My academic goals center around trainee education, cancer disparities, and outcomes research – I have formal education in epidemiology and biostatistics. With significant experience in data management and analysis, my specialty is using datasets in novel ways to study trends in treatments and outcomes, as well as disparities in access and implementation of care. I believe in the development of efficient databases to answer the needs of contemporary surgical research and mentoring trainees through the process of developing relevant and rigorous research projects.
