I am the medical director at Rex Raleigh Nursing Care Center, working in post acute rehabilitation. We have 60 post acute rehab beds (not all reopened yet post covid due to staffing), and serve primarily a geriatric population with a wide variety of rehab needs. I am interested in the continuum of care post hospitalization and how to best serve the needs of our population. I have a special interest in osteoporosis and hip fractures as well as an interest in fall prevention. I am also very interested in improving transitions of care.
