My research focuses mainly include developing statistical and machine learning approaches in neuroimaging and imaging genetics analyses, by integrating the statistical functional data analysis, dimension reduction, missing data analysis, longitudinal data analysis, etc., with AI-based approaches. My scientific goal generally focuses on studying life-span brain developmental and aging trajectories to discriminate between brain normal aging patterns and among patients with various brain disorders.
