Research and Scholarship
Our Hospice & Palliative Medicine faculty, fellows and interdisciplinary colleagues contribute to new knowledge and best practice through research and scholarship. UNC faculty in the Schools of Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Pharmacy and Social Work are available for collaboration and mentorship.
Research and quality improvement projects are further facilitated by resources housed in the North Carolina Translational and Clinical Sciences Institute (NC TraCS), the Cecil G. Sheps Center for Health Services Research, the UNC Center for Aging and Health, and the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center.
