Chris Falato, PharmD has accepted the offer to serve as the Assistant Director of Children’s Pharmacy Services for Triangle West. In this role, Chris will oversee all pharmacy services for the NC Children’s Hospital, Children’s Raleigh, and the UNC Youth Behavioral Health Hospital. Chris will also be integrally involved in the development and planning of the new UNC Health Children’s Hospital campus in Wake County. Chris has served as a visionary leader for both the Department of Pharmacy and the Children’s Hospital for many years. We are excited for this next step in Chris’ career here at UNC Health and even more excited for all that is to come! Thank you to everyone who participated in the selection process.
