Laura Cannon was promoted to Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Rheumatology, effective July 1, 2025. Dr. Cannon has been a faculty member in Pediatrics since August 2021. Dr. Cannon received her BS in Biology from Duke University in 2009. In 2014 she completed her medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she stayed to complete her pediatric residency in 2017. In June of 2021, she completed a Pediatric Rheumatology Fellowship at the Duke University.
