Welcome New Physician Faculty: Laura Dosier, MD

Dr. Dosier joined the Department of Pediatrics as an Associate Professor in the division of Pediatric Pulmonology on January 20, 2026. Dr. Dosier received her BS in 2005 from the University of Southern California, and earned her medical degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2010. She completed her Pediatric Residency at the University of Texas, Southwestern Dallas and remained as Chief Resident until 2014. She completed her pediatric pulmonology fellowship at Duke University, in 2017, and her sleep medicine fellowship at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2018. Since then, she has been an Assistant Professor at Duke University from 2018 – 2020, and then an attending physician and Medical Director of the Sleep Lab at Wake Med Hospitals in Raleigh, NC.
