The UNC Food Allergy Initiative conducts research through patient-focused clinical trials, studying the biological basis of food allergy in the laboratory, and manufacturing investigational drug product for multiple clinical trial sites across the nation.
The Food Allergy Study Center is located in the CTRC in the Burnett-Womack building. We have several age-appropriate rooms for study visits, and while some have a larger play area for children, all locations have either a curtain or door for the privacy of the participant and family.
