Research in the Calabrese lab aims to understand how long noncoding RNAs control transcription in the mammalian genome, and to develop computational approaches to predict and rationally-design regulatory function in lncRNAs.

Motivated individuals interested in joining the lab are encouraged to email Dr. Calabrese their CV, a brief statement of interest, and the names of 3 references who can speak on their behalf.
