Efficacy of Virtual Care for Depressive Disorders: Systematic Review and Meta-analysis

In a review of clinical trials done since 2010, we found that in-person treatment for depression is no different from virtual treatment in terms of symptom remission. Virtual treatments included both telehealth with a mental health provider and fully automated internet-based treatments.
