Seventh Annual North Carolina Community Psychiatrists’ Leadership Symposium (formerly Medical Directors’ Symposium)

This program (formerly NC Medical Directors’ Network Symposium) is designed specifically for community psychiatrists in CCCs, MCOs, ACT Teams, CCNC, former CABHAs and other psychiatrists in North Carolina’s public mental health system. It will assist psychiatrists in their leadership roles as they adapt to an ever-changing mental health system. Topics include a look at the different models of measurement-based care in integrated care and psychiatry, how culture changes in organizations, a special session on preventing physician burnout.
