Summary:

Griff Gilbert has provided psychotherapy services for 20 years. He completed his graduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and holds two professional practice licenses: He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS). He is a rostered social work supervisor and certified clinical supervisor for the substance abuse board. He has extensive post-graduate training in trauma and substance use disorders and their impact on populations through the lifespan. He has worked in a variety of clinical roles to include forensic social work, community mental health, child welfare and the prevention of child abuse, and undergraduate and graduate level social work instruction. Griff uses many therapeutic modalities to effectively meet clients where they are enjoys working with other clinicians across various disciplines. He is always learning and appreciates the many perspectives we all bring to the table
