Summary Statement:
Mary L. Hill, Ph.D., is a Licensed Psychologist. Dr. Hill completed her doctoral degree in clinical psychology at Georgia State University, where she received extensive training in acceptance and commitment therapy and mindful self-compassion, and she completed her clinical internship with the Department of Veterans Affairs, where she received training in evidence-based PTSD treatments, including prolonged exposure and cognitive processing therapy. She completed her post-doctoral fellowship at the UNC Center of Excellence for Eating Disorders and currently specializes in working with adults with eating disorders and PTSD at UNC. She also enjoys training and supervising psychology trainees in evidence-based individual and group therapies.
