Summary Statement:

Sam Flescher is a licensed clinical social worker that started working in the Child and Adolescent Outpatient Program in 2021. Sam graduated social work school in 2015, and worked at the Lucy Daniels Center for Early Childhood as a child and family therapist for six years before coming to CPOP. Sam specializes in working with children and adolescents, as well as their parents/guardians, utilizing play and talk therapy and parental guidance though a psychodynamic lens. At CPOP, Sam works on a multidisciplinary team training new clinicians to provide quality care to children, adolescents, and caregivers, and how to think dynamically about families as a whole. Sam enjoys working with children and their caregivers to help deepen their understandings of each other, and grow into a supportive and empathetic family.
