The Department of Radiation Oncology is pleased to welcome two new faculty radiation oncologists, Drs. Dana Casey and Shekinah Elmore. Dr. Casey comes to us after completing her radiation oncology residency at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York City. Her clinical specialties include the treatment of patients with breast cancer, lymphoma and childhood cancers. In addition, she has a research interest in cancer genetics as it relates to the radiation sensitivity of tumors. Dr. Elmore joins us from the Harvard Radiation Oncology Residency Program in Boston. She splits her time between treating patients in the clinic and conducting global health and healthcare equity research. Her clinical expertise is in the treatment of patients with breast and genitourinary cancers.
