Dr. Bruce Cairns, Vice Chair of Research in the Department of Surgery, invited Chancellor Holden Thorp to present Surgery Research Grand Rounds on Wednesday, March 27, 2013. Chancellor Thorp presented a well attended presentation entitled “Rational Re-Design of Cytochrome P450 Antagonists: Safer Drugs for Prostate Cancer and Anti-Fungal Indications”. A reception was held following the research grand rounds.
