Emily Penny finds it deeply rewarding to watch patients regain their independence throughout each phase of healing and recovery. Her approach to care centers on empowerment through encouragement and education. “Medical care can be overwhelming, and I want my patients to feel confident and supported throughout the recovery process.”

Outside of work, she enjoys reading, traveling, volunteering at her local elementary school, and serving as a Girl Scout troop leader.
