This is a highly selective program designed for individuals who have been identified as outstanding team members with future leadership potential. This 6-month intensive leadership program will introduce future leaders like yourself to essential management skills and concepts. Through specially designed workshops, experiential activities and guided assessments, participants will be able to explore and develop their leadership potential within the organization.
