The new 2019 guidelines from the American College of Rheumatology and the Arthritis Foundation emphasize more multi-modal approaches for OA of the hand, hip & knee.

Joining Drs. Callahan and Nelson in providing feedback on the guidelines was Louise Thoma, PhD; an Assistant Professor in the Division of Physical Therapy within the UNC Department of Allied Health Sciences.
