Before submitting a launch request (using the form below), review the Site Launch Checklist to confirm your site meets accessibility, usability, and content requirements. Using the checklist in advance helps reduce delays and streamlines the approval process.
After the request is submitted, the Web Team conducts a full review using the checklist. Any issues identified will be shared with the Primary Site Administrator for resolution before the site goes live.
