Susan is an adult Nurse Practitioner and clinical research coordinator. She has been with the ACTU since May 2006. Her research interests include HIV/Hepatitis C co-infection, treatment-naive/treatment-inexperienced studies, and acute HIV infection. She is also involved with industry studies addressing HIV treatment resistance.

David Currin

David is Certified Clinical Research Coordinator and the ACTU's Nurse Educator. He has been with the ACTU since 2001. His research interests include Naïve, Complication and Prevention studies. He also works in Hepatitis C/HIV Co-infection studies. David works at both UNC and Wake Country sites, and represents the unit nationally in the ACTG network leadership.
