From June 24–25, the Duke-UNC ADRC hosted the Symposium for Learning about Alzheimer’s disease-related Medical research at Duke and UNC (SLAM-DUNC). During this two-day event, former UNC men’s basketball coach Coach Roy Williams and former Duke men’s basketball coach Michael Krzyzewski offered encouraging words for Alzheimer’s researchers.
