ERAS team members present their posters at UNC Healthcare Quality Expo. Dr. Brian Specht, MD presented his poster on decreased ICU admissions, Chris Burns presented an abstract he co-authored on decreased PACU time and decreased opioid use, and Lyla Hance, MPH was available to discuss the ERAS program in detail with visitors.

A special ERAS pathway was presented in Vital Signs! This multidisciplinary collaborative effort between the Department of Anesthesiology, Surgical Oncology, and Plastic Surgery was introduced to patients undergoing mastectomy with immediate reconstruction.
