Poster Presentation
Poster submission: All the faculty and trainees attending this symposium are encouraged to submit an abstract. The contact author will receive an email with a number assigned to the poster and poster mounting information upon acceptance. Click here for the abstract template and submission guidelines.
Poster mounting: Posters will be displayed on the Marsico ground floor and sub-basement. Posters must be mounted according to the assigned number on the board or on the wall starting 8am and before noon and remain on display until the end of the symposium. The maximum dimensions of the poster are 48”x64”. Material for mounting posters will be provided when checking in at the BRIC front desk.
Poster presentation: The poster session is scheduled from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM on March 15, 2017. Authors are requested to be present at their posters during the poster session. At that time, poster evaluators will walk around and discuss posters with authors.
Poster award: Two trainee-posters will be selected based on faculty evaluation. As an added incentive for the trainees, there will be a $100 award to each winner.
