Welcome to UNC Health! The New Provider Compliance Training curriculum includes education that is required by an accrediting organization, necessary to understand Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, or designed to reduce risk to you and UNC Health.

Upon completing LMS Training (all providers), applicable Specialty Training, and Live Training (see details below), sign where indicated and return the New Appointment Compliance Training Form to your Department Coordinator (UNC Faculty Practice providers) or your Practice Manager (UNC Physicians Network / UNC PN Group Practices). The signature on your New Provider Credentialing Form is an attestation that you completed all applicable training.

Typically, all Compliance Training must be completed within 30 days of starting work at UNC Health. However, UNC Health entities may temporarily extend the completion deadline to 60 days in light of COVID-19.
