Benjamin Vincent, MD, Assistant Professor in the School of Medicine (Hematology/Oncology) and his lab have performed a comprehensive genomics evaluation of the tumor immune microenvironment in The Cancer Genome Atlas dataset, discovering six immune subtypes of cancer. These and other findings are associated with survival and are being developed as biomarkers of immunotherapy response in multiple tumor types.
