A Bruker Avance III HD 850 MHz four channel spectrometer equipped with a TCI H-C/N-D 5 mm CryoProbe. The TCI CryoProbe is a proton-optimized triple resonance NMR ‘inverse’ probe, featuring three fully independent channels (plus lock channel) for simultaneous decoupling on multiple nuclei such as 13C and 15N at high sensitivity over a temperature range of -40C to 80C. The spectrometer is equipped with a 24-slot sample changer. It is primarily intended for structural studies of Proteins and Nucleic acids, Protein-Protein, Protein-RNA and Protein-Ligand interactions and Dynamics studies in solution.

A Bruker Avance III HD 700 MHz four channel spectrometer equipped with a TCI H-C/N-D 5 mm CryoProbe. The spectrometer is equipped with a Bruker SampleJet sample changer for high throughput applications. The SampleJet features 96 positions for tubes without requiring spinners (plus 3 positions for tubes with spinners) for Spinner-free open access applications and has five positions for well-plate sized NMR tube racks. This allows the handling of batches with up to 480 sample tubes. Spectrometer allows for structural studies of Proteins and Nucleic acids, Protein-Protein, Protein-RNA and Protein-Ligand interactions, Metabolomic Studies and Fragment-Based Drug Screening in solution.

A Bruker Avance III HD 500 MHz four channel spectrometer equipped with a QCI H & F P/C/N-D 5 mm CryoProbe. The QCI CryoProbe is a proton/fluorine-optimized quadruple resonance NMR ‘inverse’ probe, featuring four fully independent channels (plus lock channel) for simultaneous decoupling on multiple nuclei such as 13C, 15N and 31P at high sensitivity over a temperature range of -40C to 80C. The novel QCI quadruple resonance probe addresses bio-NMR as well as fluorine NMR screening (3-FABS, FAXS, …) applications. Spectrometer allows for structural studies of Proteins and Nucleic acids, Protein-Protein, Protein-RNA and Protein-Ligand interactions, Metabolomic Studies and Fragment-Based Drug Screening in solution.
