Dr. Fernando Pardo-Manuel de Villena (Professor and Chair, Genetics) was awarded a Research Service Agreement for the Systems Genetics group to provide exclusive data analysis services for the miniMUGA inbred mouse Background Analysis Report for Neogen.
This report provides users with essential sample information (sample QC and genetic background for classical inbred mouse strains and congenic and transgenic mice) derived from the MiniMUGA genotyping array and is provided with every sample that is genotyped.
