    CGIBD Seminar – “Single-cell and High-throughput genomics core services at UNC.” with Scott T. Magness, Ph.D.

    Dr. Magness' research program focuses on the genetic regulation of intestinal stem cell maintenance and differentiation and development of novel approaches to single-cell biology. He is the founder and director of Center for GI Biology and Disease's (CGIBD) Advanced Analytics Core that offers single-cell and high-throughput genomics services. His talk will focus on the state of single cell genomics platforms and the services offered by the AA Core.
