Becky has a background in oncology, with specialization in bone marrow cancers. Initially she was an inpatient nurse on a hematology/oncology unit, and after becoming an NP continued working with blood cancer patients. She enjoys doing technical procedures like lumbar punctures and bone marrow biopsies. It is important to her that patients understand their disease and feel seen, heard, and cared for.
