About
I am interested in the management of individuals with sickle cell disease and other red blood cell disorders. People with sickle cell disease are living longer and healthier lives due to improvements in the management of this disorder. As a result, there is a growing population of adults living with sickle cell disease. My research and work are aimed at understanding the unique complications in the aging sickle cell population and figuring out ways of improving the overall health of these individuals.
