Cassi Frank, PA-C works with the benign hematology group at UNC Eastowne. She provides care in the DVT Clinic for patients with newly diagnosed venous thromboembolism (VTE). Her goals include expanding multidisciplinary care for VTE patients and improving access to care for patients in the state. She also treats disorders of iron including iron deficiency anemia and hereditary hemochromatosis. Cassi has a passion for teaching and patient education and hopes to continue to improve healthcare education for patients. She teaches future physician assistant students at Elon University and has a special interest in public health.
