Image Analysis

Please contact or submit an image analysis training request through our iLab site if you need to measure something in your images and are not sure how. We have extensive experience with many image analysis workflows and can help you. Specifically, we provide advice and training on an image analysis workstation with the following free and commercial software:

Imaris

  • 5D visualization, movie rendering, etc.
  • Analysis of subcellular features (example: foci in nuclei in FISH, vesicles in cytoplasm, etc.)
  • Tracing of filaments: dendrites, axons, spines, vasculature
  • Colocalization
  • Tracking cells over time

Autoquant

  • Deconvolution

  • 2D image visualization and analysis
