Leslie Fulcher

Core Program Manager

Since 2001, Leslie has led the MLI Tissue Procurement and Cell Culture Core Facility. She is a key collaborator for Marsico Lung Institute (MLI) UNC Cystic Fibrosis Center (CF Center) P.I.’s, working to establish and modify research protocols. Her responsibilities include overseeing quality control for cell isolation and culture from human specimens, assisting with cell culture experiment design and performance, and providing training to clients and Core staff on material use. Additionally, she manages the Recharge Services Center.
