Dr. Genevieve Neal-Perry, Chair of the UNC Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, was selected as one of the key speakers at the WCPI Capitol Hill Congressional Briefing on July 23, 2024, in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Neal-Perry shared her expertise on menopause and women’s health. The Women’s Congressional Policy Institute (WCPI) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan public policy organization that partners with key stakeholders to advance issues important to women, according to their website. The “Menopause and Midlife Women’s Health” briefing, organized in partnership with the Bipartisan Women’s Caucus and Astellas, was one of the event’s highlights. Dr. Neal-Perry was one of four special speakers at the briefing.
Dr. Genevieve Neal-Perry, Robert A. Ross Distinguished Professor and Chair of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the UNC School of Medicine. She is a leader in women’s health research and reproductive endocrinology.
