Ryan Shea, MD was promoted to Associate Professor of Pediatrics effective November 1, 2024. Dr. Shea has been a faculty member in Pediatric Cardiology since 2016. Dr. Shea received a BA in Anthropology and Environmental Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis in 2003 and received his medical degree from Quillen College of Medicine at East Tennessee State University in May 2012. He completed his Pediatric residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in June 2015. A cardiology fellowship was completed at the Medical University of South Carolina June 2018 and his fellowship in Advanced Cardiac Imaging at MUSC was completed in of June 2016. Congratulations!
