We are glad you joined our team and hope this will help you navigate your understanding of FEP, CSC and the role of EPI-NC. Please do ask questions and let us know what you need to best adjust.

Phase 1: Months 1-3
Part A: Introductory Material (Month 1)
- Digital Specialists should become familiar with both EPI-NC Fidelity Model and EPI-NC Digital Collections Forms

- Entering Data manually
- Follow Up
- Meet with EPI-NC after first couple of admitted clients to review any data/implementation questions that may have come up
Phase 2: Months 3 and Beyond
Part A: Ongoing Training (Monthly)
- The Digital Specialist will attend monthly meetings with EPI-NC and other digital specialists after the initial 1-2 months of orientation/onboarding
- Topics for meetings will vary based on feedback from digital specialists and issues presented by monthly reports produced by EPI-NC
- Potential topics:
- Data completion rates
- Methods of implementing self-report forms
- Facilitating team discussion around clinical review
- Methods of collecting lab and vital information
