MTS Awards

Below is the list of recipients for the Medical Team Senior Volunteer Awards. Awards are distributed annually in May.

MTS of the Year Award:

This award recognized students for their dedication to teaching and guiding other volunteers, promoting the mission of SHAC and the patients we serve, and donating their time throughout clinical years.

Awards based on Lifetime MTS Shifts:

SHAC MTS Gold Award for Distinguished Service:

Awarded to those who have served as an MTS for 20 or more shifts.

SHAC MTS Silver Award for Distinguished Service:

Awarded to those who have served as an MTS between 15 to 19 shifts.

SHAC MTS Bronze Award for Distinguished Service:

Awarded to those who have served as an MTS between 10 to 14 shifts

To track the total number of MTS shifts you have served during your clinical years, please view the ONYEN-protected spreadsheet here. Total served shifts are updated on a monthly basis and total Acute and BTC shifts are calculated separately.
