Dr. Samuel Jones Receives K08 Grant

On Tuesday, February 25, 2014, Dr. Samuel W. Jones was notified by Scott Somers, PhD at the NIH that his application for a K08 grant had been funded to study burn inhalation injuries. The duration of the grant is four years. Congratulations Dr. Jones!

Visit From Lee County Fire Fighters’ Burn Children’s Fund

The Lee County Chapter of the Fire Fighters’ Burned Children’s Fund and friends made their annual holiday visit to the North Carolina Jaycee Burn Center in December 2013.
