Permanent Records

Student’s permanent records are located in 1001 Bondurant Hall. You are welcome to view your folder during office hours which are 8-5. You will find the following information in your folder in this order. Transcripts first (you will only have one if you have, for any reason, requested one during your years in medical school), 1st year evaluations, 2nd year evaluations, 3rd year evaluations, 4th year evaluations, all correspondence, your application packet to medical school. You can have a copy of anything that is in your folder by filling out a consent form. We allow a 3 day turn around time, if there are no stops on a student’s account.
