The UNC Division of Geriatric Medicine will hold this year’s Interdisciplinary Geriatrics Conference at the North Carolina Botanical Gardens on May 15, 2024. The focus will be on the 4Ms model of care – Mentation, what Matters, Medications, and Mobility. Specifically, the event will focus on the care of hospitalized people with dementia.
This year’s geriatrics conference will also have a poster session. All posters focused on the care of older adults are welcome. There will be no formal selection process. Additionally, posters need not focus on the 4Ms or care of hospitalized people with dementia.
